Nationally certified Club H Fitness trainers will customize strength and conditioning programs that are designed to create a healthy foundation of cardiovascular fitness as well as muscular endurance and strength. Club H has trainers that are ready to work with a novist, intermediate or advanced fitness individual. Programs can be as challenging as your fitness goals desire.
As a new member of Club H Fitness, you will be given a comprehensive fitness evaluation and club orientation from one of our professional trainers.
