Child Minding Services
Our Center provides a secure on-site baby minding service. This allows you to enjoy the services of the Center while your baby is in the good hands of our trained caretakers. This service is free while you are in a class or enjoying our amenities.

Mommy Mush:
Our focus is helping you Recuperate and Rejuvenate after giving birth and focus on the “mush” areas new moms tend to have. This class is open to moms at-least four weeks post-vaginal birth, six weeks post-cesarean birth. Classes will focus on:

  * Strengthening the abdominal area (to diminish any muscle separation due to diastasis)
  * Core exercises to eliminate back pain
  * Kegel exercises to support the pelvic floor
  * Stretching the chest area and supporting the back
  * Help decrease stress and anxiety because of ALL these changes
  * Get in touch with your pre-baby body...and feel better than ever.

POP Yoga:
This POst Pregnancy yoga class is an ideal way to rebalance your body and rejuvenate your energy. The class will be combining gentle stretches, movements and postures with breathing and relaxation techniques. Yoga develops strength, tone, balance and agility, and often reduces physical discomforts associated with back, leg and general body pain. Each class ends with a guided relaxation to deepen the release of tension and fatigue and help you move through the rest of your day. Classes are open to all fitness levels whether or not you have practiced yoga before. This class is open to moms at-least four weeks post-vaginal birth, six weeks post-cesarean birth.

Rolly Polly (0-12m):
One of the few classes in the city that combines age appropriate movement, activity and developmentally sound learning with gentle exercise for mom/caregiver. This class focuses on fun and age appropriate movement for building babies bodies and brains. Dancing with your child to a wide variety of music, you will learn how creative movement and play enhance baby's neurological, emotional and physical development.

Walkie Talkies (12m-24m):
This class promotes verbal interaction, increases spatial and body awareness to stimulate creativity. Toddlers will learn how to wiggle, gallop, clap, shake and slide in a group setting. Each class will center around a fun and engaging activity designed to capture and hold the attention of your active toddler. Explore movement with your child using scarves, small balls and other fun objects.
